​​Seeds of Peace is in search of a United States Director of Dialogue and Training to design and deliver engaging training programs that enable educators and others to create constructive spaces for dialogue across lines of difference. This person will bring a deep expertise to their work to create and deliver meaningful dialogue and training programs. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of connection, inspire and motivate training participants, and design and execute impactful programming. The US Director of Dialogue and Trainings will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and dialogue initiatives across key locations in the US, in consult with our Director of Multinational Dialogue Programs. This role requires deep understanding of adult learning principles, experience facilitating dialogue across lines of difference, and effective facilitation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating impactful dialogue and training programs specifically in schools and organizations.

The Department of Communication Arts at Illinois College invites applications for an assistant professor, tenure-track position in Intercultural Communication with primary focus on intercultural communication within organizations to begin Fall 2025. Strong preference will be given to candidates with expertise and/or interest in studying issues of race, ethnicity, and culture within organizations in the U.S. context.

Secondary areas of particular need for the department include the ability to teach business communication, public relations, mass communication, and health communication. Candidates should have an interest and ability to teach the department’s introductory public speaking course. While most teaching is on campus, preference for candidates who have online teaching experience and an interest in teaching in the online program. Candidates must have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, advising, scholarship, and service. Vassar College seeks a full-time Associate Director in the Office of International Programs (OIP). By facilitating meaningful student and faculty engagement in learning opportunities outside the United States, the OIP contributes to Vassar’s mission of nurturing intellectual curiosity, creativity, respectful discourse and engaged citizenship from a global perspective.

The Associate Director will join an inclusive and experienced team that supports the College’s global engagement, a key aspect of Vassar’s liberal arts education. The core function of OIP is to steward student participation in education abroad. At Vassar, nearly 50% of students study abroad for a full semester or an academic year prior to graduation; additional students participate in short-term programs associated with on-campus classes or special programs.

The OIP partners with faculty to administer Vassar programs in London and Clifden, and consortium programs in Berlin, Bologna, Paris, and Madrid. OIP also manages Vassar’s exchange partnerships with institutions in Paris, Beijing, Tokyo, Kyoto, Exeter, Toulouse, and Singapore. In addition to Vassar programs, the office manages a list of approximately 130 other approved programs that students may access. OIP also supports a number of additional global partnerships and initiatives.

Boston University Study Abroad (BUSA) is seeking an effective Executive Director for its prestigious London Programmes, based at BUSA’s site in South Kensington. Reporting to the Executive Director of BUSA, the Director, London Programmes is responsible for BUSA London’s strategic development, in line with local opportunities and the goals, values and resources of BUSA. They will oversee all aspects of the London site, including the London Study Abroad staff and faculty, budget planning and management, all aspects of student programming, site facilities and operations, health and safety issues and emergencies, legal compliance, and maintenance of stakeholder relationships with institutions and organisations in London directly related to programme operations.
