The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Management at the time of hire with a concentration in Finance. The candidate will be able to teach undergraduate and occasional graduate courses ranging from introductory courses to financial and strategic management. The normal course load is six courses per year (36-38 ECTS annually). Consistent with the mission of the University, applicants must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in both teaching and scholarship, have an active research agenda, and contribute to the Academic Travel program, a fundamental part of Franklin’s international, interdisciplinary, intercultural curriculum. Ideally, candidates will be conversant in one of the official languages of Switzerland, have an international outlook, and demonstrate an interest in collaborating across disciplines. Practical experience in industry or corporate governance is preferred.
