The School of Humanities at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, invites applications for fully-funded doctoral scholarships to begin in August 2021. The scholarships include a tuition fee waiver and an annual stipend.

The School of Humanities at NTU is a dynamic, creative, and diverse community of scholars with research expertise in Literature, Linguistics and Multilingual Studies, History, Philosophy, and Chinese Studies. The School also encourages interdisciplinary research in the following areas: Medical Humanities, Green Humanities, Gender and Diversity Studies, Intercultural Contact and Communication, and Southeast Asian Studies.

Postdocs2 Postdoctoral positions in ERC funded project on Migration and Democratic Diffusion, to be based at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain. Application deadline: 24 June 2019.

Applications invited for 2 postdoctoral positions in the context of the ERC Consolidator project Migration and Democratic Diffusion: the Impact of Migration on Democratic Practices and Processes in Countries of Origin (MIGRADEMO), led by Eva Østergaard-Nielsen in the Department of Political Science at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.  Start date: 15 September 2019. Will last up to 3 years.

U Liege Postdoc and PHD Scholarships (Belgium)

Applications are invited for scholarships to work at doctoral and post-doctoral level as part of the Migration, Transnationalism and Social Protection in (post-)crisis Europe project (MiTSoPro).

U Leeds doctoral scholarships

There are 2 types of doctoral scholarships available at the Institute of Communications Studies, University of Leeds, for studies starting 2013-2014.

ESRC White Rose Doctoral Training Centre Studentship

The University of Leeds has been allocated a number of studentships as part of the White Rose Doctoral Training Centre, a major collaboration between the Universities of Leeds, Sheffield and York. One of these awards is for study at the Institute of Communications Studies and is available on either a 1+3 or +3 basis.

The awards are for study commencing 1 October 2013, and cover full fees and maintenance. Closing date for applications: 1 February 2013.

ICS Full Scholarships

The Institute of Communications Studies is offering a number of PhD Scholarships for study commencing in September/October 2013. The scholarships cover full maintenance and fees equivalent to the Home/EU rate, for a period of three years. They are intended to support full-time study leading to a PhD in any area of the Institute’s research activities, and are open to both home/EU and international applicants. Closing date for applications is 1 May 2013.
