The IIE Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF) is the only global program that arranges, funds and supports fellowships for threatened and displaced scholars at partnering higher education institutions worldwide. The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program (HHH) brings mid-career professionals from over 120 countries to the United States for a full year of non-degree graduate-level study, leadership development, and professional collaboration with U.S. counterparts and English language training if needed. Additionally, the Distinguished Humphrey Fellowship Program (DHFP) brings three cohorts of senior level professionals to the US for 2-3 weeks of intense professional and leadership development in certain critical fields. The Assistant Director(AD) for HHH is a manager level position, supervising three FTE. This position directly supports the HHH Director, serves in the Director’s stead when required, and is responsible for the administration of the DHFPs.
