In response to its continuous growth, IÉSEG School of Management invites applications for one full-time permanent position (starting September 2022) in Intercultural Communication/Management at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level (Lille Campus). The selected candidate will be a part of the Department of “People, Organizations and Negotiation”. The department consists of around 30 full-time academic staff who teach and perform research in the areas of Human Resources Management, Organization Studies, Organizational Behavior, Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Management.

They are looking for applicants who are willing to contribute to the school’s continuous development of its particular approach to intercultural communication and the development of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) at all levels of the institution through teaching, training and research. He/she will be involved in the different activities of the Intercultural Track that has been created with the objective of consolidating and further developing the existing elements and evaluating their effectiveness at the school level. These activities are related to teaching students, training staff, and research. The candidate is expected to have a major role in implementing these activities with the existing team, and monitoring their effectiveness.
