Applications are invited for the post of teaching-focused Lecturer in Translation Studies, which is tenable from 15 January 2023 for a period of 6 months. The post-holder will be primarily responsible for convening, delivering and assessing a 30-credit course unit, ‘Translating for Business and Institutions 2’, which forms part of the MA in Translation and Interpreting Studies. They may also be required to contribute to other MA supervision, teaching and assessment activities on the MA programme. You must have a PhD or equivalent in translation or interpreting studies and demonstrable teaching experience in translation studies at university level in areas of relevance for this position. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to empathise with students.
