University of Warwick’s International Strategy is one of four Priorities underpinning our 2030 strategy Excellence with Purpose. Working as an integral part of the International Strategy and Relations team at a time of enormous global challenge and change, this is an exciting opportunity to help develop and deliver their international strategy through partnerships with universities and other organisations in Australasia and Africa. You will help to advance their commitment to building sustainable and equitable partnerships in Africa. You will also support a range of joint projects and initiatives delivered under the umbrella of the Monash Warwick Alliance, contributing to the continued success of this long-standing multi-layered partnership.
They are looking for an organised and pro-active individual with significant experience of planning, developing and delivering international education projects and activities, which may include collaborative research and teaching. You will have strong data gathering and analysis skills, verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrable interpersonal and intercultural competence. You should be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work, the capacity to master new areas of knowledge quickly, the ability to progress a number of projects simultaneously, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. They particularly welcome candidates with knowledge of African higher education sector.
