You will lead a team of International Officers (IO’s), both home and in-country, along with International Recruitment Coordinators (IRC’s) in meeting institutional and College targets in relation to the University’s International Recruitment strategy and agreed key performance indicators (KPIs). To work alongside fellow Senior International Officers on joint projects and to Deputise for the Head of International Recruitment and the Deputy of Head of International Recruitment where necessary.
Through horizon scanning, market intelligence and competitor analysis you will facilitate the development of partnerships/collaborations with key overseas institutions, agents, government agencies and other contacts within and outside the University.
Initially the region of responsibility will be the Middle East and Africa and you should have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience of marketing and recruitment for that area.
