The Department of Communication Arts is part of the College of Architecture + The Arts at Florida International University. The department offers a BA in Communication Arts and a minor in Communication Studies. Additionally, the department offers a wide variety of classes that are required courses for several different majors as well as classes that comprise the core curriculum of the university. Primary teaching responsibilities for this position include teaching courses in intercultural communication. Preference will be given to applicants who have demonstrated excellence in college or university level teaching as well as publishing.
