The RePIM Doctoral Network is pleased to announce the reopening of the DC12 PhD position at Tallinn University (TLU), Estonia on 18 May 2026. This position is part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie-funded project RePIM – Revisioning Public Interest Media, which brings together leading European universities and industry partners to explore the future of public interest media in a rapidly evolving, data-driven landscape.
The DC12 project, Audience Data Management and Performance Measurement in the Cross-Media Landscape, investigates how public interest media organisations can generate, manage and use audience data in ethical and effective ways. The research will address key challenges in transitioning from traditional broadcast metrics to cross-platform analytics, while maintaining the public value mission of media organisations. The doctoral candidate will contribute to developing innovative approaches to audience measurement and strategic decision-making in complex media ecosystems.
