Williams College seeks a highly-motivated, student-centered individual to work as an Assistant Director for International Student Services (ISS) within the Office of the Dean of Students. This position assists the Associate Dean of Students and Director of ISS with the day-to-day operations and requirements of the office, as well as with developing and implementing programs and services customized for international, undocumented, third culture students as well as other students seeking immigration and visa support. The Assistant Director also works in collaboration with other departments such as The Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, The Davis Center, and the ‘68 Center for Career Exploration. Other duties may also be assigned to the Assistant Director by the Associate Dean of Students and Director of ISS.
