Davidson College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor of Communication Studies, Sociology and Education. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching in each of the three areas as well as a record of promising research. While the academic home will be in Communication Studies, this faculty member will be part of all three departments/programs. The successful candidate will teach five courses per year; areas of particular interest include race/ethnicity/diversity; media and society; urban life; communication and organizations; and health and education.
