Hosted by Prof. Dr. Frauke Bender and Marie-Christine Dobro, cultureXchange brings together two different professional backgrounds and many years of international experience. Frauke is a Professor of International Management, intercultural learning facilitator, and author. Marie-Christine is an international brand and business consultant with more than 20 years of international experience across Europe and Asia. Having both lived and worked internationally, they know many of the experiences they talk about firsthand.
In 2026, they also launched cultureXchange On Tour, taking the podcast beyond the studio. In these special episodes, one of them travels to a destination and records on location, meeting people and bringing local voices and perspectives into the conversation.
