“Hello. This is a call for participation in my doctoral research in Education (Organizational Leadership Studies concentration) approved by the IRB at Northeastern University (IRB# CPS19-04-01). The purpose of this study is to explore cross-cultural learning experienced by U.S. expatriates on assignments for multinational corporations (MNC) in Brazil. This study will focus on how participants make meaning of their international assignment experience to develop cross-cultural learning.
