Creative Europe: Culture Helps Solidarity Grants

Grants

Culture Helps Solidarity Grants, Creative Europe Programme,  European Union. Deadline: 10 November 2026.

Culture Helps Solidarity / Культура допомагає is a Creative Europe-funded project running from October 2025 until March 2028- that empowers Ukrainian arts and cultural professionals to sustain creativity, resilience, and community connection during and after the war. These calls are a part of a longer series of opportunities. Multiple rounds follow across different formats, including rolling individual grants, project-based support linked to learning and training, and additional collaboration grants. Together, these calls create sustained pathways for both care and cooperation, allowing cultural professionals and organisations to plan, recover and continue their work over time rather than through one-off interventions.

Open Call for Second round of Collaboration Grants

Culture Helps Solidarity is launching its second and final call for Collaboration Grants. This call supports international projects that use arts and culture to aid the integration of displaced Ukrainians into host communities, with a strong focus on mental well-being, vulnerable groups, and veterans.

The fund prioritises cross-border partnerships between at least one Ukrainian-led organisation (operating in Ukraine or in exile) and at least one organisation based in a Creative Europe country. Grants of up to €20,000 are available for partnerships of two organisations, and up to €30,000 for partnerships involving three or more partners. The projects should foster intercultural dialogue, professional exchange, and long-term solidarity.

This open call is the second and final call for proposals for collaboration grants. At least 15 international projects will be awarded. Culture Helps Solidarity will continue to open Calls for thematic project grants and individual care grants also in 2027.
